Stu's recipes part 2: Guacamole

Our lovely Stuart is back and ready to divulge his super healthy Guacamole

Recipe info

  • Tip: Keep the stone from the avocado and drop it in to the guacamole to stop it going brown

 Ingredients

  • 1 x ripe avocado
  • 1 x red chilli finely chopped
  • 1 x tablespoon of no fat greek yoghurt
  • 1 x garlic clove finely chopped
  • 1 x small bunch coriander chopped
  • 1 x juice from 1 lime
  • 1 x handful of cherry tomatoes

Instructions

  • Prepare all the ingredients
  • Throw all in a blender and blitz to desired consistency
  • Enjoy!
